so the fridge - i went to the store twice yesterday about it. basically, we could pay for a new one and have it delivered "right away" (translation, within 2 days) and then wait for the refund (too sketchy). what we're doing is having the broken one picked up by carrefour "today" (i say that b/c it's 11:09 am and no one has called yet about it). when someone comes to get it, we have to go back to the store to tell them that someone came to get it, then they will schedule the delivery of the new one. we asked, "do they give us a paper or something that we have to give to you?" the reply, "no, you just come here and tell us that they took the old fridge and then we'll send the guy out the next day or whenever he doesn't have too many deliveries with the new one."
anyone else love the logic with that one?
