where was i?

i've really let the posting go. whoops. my mom arrived safely on wednesday night, so the days prior were spent preparing and getting things ready that we've been putting off for so long.

she arrived in terminal 3, which is the new one at the dubai airport. it's massive, glitzy and over the top (in true dubai style, of course). we've been showing her around and julian is really enjoying having grandma around!
