the chicken pox scare of 2009

tons of kids here have the chicken pox, vaccinated or not. julian was exposed to one of said children last week, so we aren't out of the clear yet, although i decided to keep him home from kindermusik on thursday in case. he had these red bumps all over his face, neck, arms and legs. 

turns out he was just attacked by mosquitos. and i learned that the pox start on the covered areas. good to know.

and for now, we wait.
